With a background in engineering, Darrell brings a refreshing approach to the learning process and challenges the paradigm of conventional business training.
Darrell has worked with hundreds of organizations around the world, from small local businesses to fortune 500 companies, to design and deliver programs that improve financial performance and strategic thinking. He is a co-author of the incredibly successful book, The Accounting Game,™ which teaches basic accounting fresh from the lemonade stand.

Julia Mullis, is a Trainer with over nine years of experience delivering MetaMark Learning’s Financial Training Program. During this time, she has had the opportunity to deliver our financial training to major companies on nearly every continent and truly enjoys working with companies that are interested in developing the critical thinking and problem solving skills needed to succeed in today’s business climate.
Julia is passionate about helping her clients develop the skills and tools needed to support them in maximizing the creative and productive potential of their organization.

Jocelyn Gilligan, CFA is a Director at MetaMark Learning and has over 11 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining MetaMark Learning, Jocelyn was a Manager at Ernst & Young. Having worked in finance and accounting in Boulder, New York, Shanghai and Hong Kong, Jocelyn has had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of companies. She is passionate about working with clients to help them evaluate their operations and improve financial performance.
Jocelyn is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the Colorado CFA Society. Outside of work, Jocelyn is a runner, and enjoys taking her family hiking and rock climbing.
